How to Find a Good Realtor

Yes, I am a mortgage guy so why am I writing a post on finding a good Realtor?  It’s simple, I work with Realtor’s and their clients and I can tell you, their clients let me know when the Realtor is a good or a not so good one.  When someone complains about the Realtor I have, I ask them questions as to why?  What I have found is the number one thing a Realtor can do to be an excellent Realtor is to return a phone call or email promptly, if not answer the phone when someone calls.

But how do you know if they do that or not?  You won’t believe this, but most of the people who have Realtor issues never asked the Realtor their policy about returning calls or emails.  You must ask the Realtor you are considering working with how they handle their phone calls, emails and anything else that is important to you when they are both in and out of town.  It is simply up to you to get the most out of the relationship.  When there is good communication, there are good relations.  It is that simple!
