It’s Been a Good Month for Me

I have had a great month compared to what the news says I should be having. If I believed them, I should just shoot myself and get it over with. The news seems to be real good at scaring the hebejeebies out of people and I’m just glad that there are people out there that are really paying attention to what’s going on. As I have said before, if you can qualify with a full doc loan, it is still a great time to buy a home.
This month I had a client purchase a bank owned property (REO); one who purchased a loan with the assistance of Affordable Housing; another who purchased with the help of a gift from his parents; and another who just moved here to retire. So you can see, people are indeed purchasing property in the Nashville area. If you’re ready, you can too.
