What a Great Title Company Can Do for You!

Most title companies can get the job done because that’s what they get paid to do. However, a great title company will do whatever it takes to get the loan closed, even if that means getting up early, traveling, or staying late. It’s what I call customer service! I believe you should ask the Realtor AND your Loan Officer who they recommend to be your title company and closer. Whoever they recommend, call and interview and then make up your mind who you would like to use.
What you will find is that many Realtors and Loan Officers will choose the same title companies because they understand the importance of customer service in the real estate industry. If you choose to be in this industry your day is not over at 5 pm and you don’t get every Saturday and Sunday off! You work when people need you to work and, a lot of the time you will be working when others aren’t. It’s just part of the way this business functions and good title companies understand that as well.
